Allocate specific times of day for screen time and turn off the TV at meal times.

Take turns choosing an active weekly family activity, like going to the park, flying a kite, backyard cricket or basketball.

And if the weather’s not on your side, put on your favourite music and dance, or breakout the table tennis table.
